Many things that happened to me while I studied here gave me a lot more. Those included responsibility, enthusiasm, and the most important thing: patience. I want to thank John, my first teacher in Singapore. He taught me that a mistake is not an embarrassing thing. Once we make a mistake, we simply fix it and be careful not to make the same mistake again. Moreover, he also taught me that having high scores doesn’t necessary mean having higher intellect. Hello! My name is Lim Do Kyung, you can call me Rachel. I’m from Korea. I’m studying at Hawthorn-Singapore because I want to study English. I think the Hawthorn system is very good. At first, I was worried about my English, but then I came here. I am now more confident because of my teachers and the friendly students. Hawthorn has a nice English environment, so I want to study more here. And I know that the more I study at Hawthorn, the more my English will improve.
